In 2024, Bolzoni Group invested extensively in a range of projects focused on developing new materials handling equipment technologies and products using those technologies, such as our easy-connect system.

Easy-connect is a range of intelligent products equipped with lasers, sensors and other safety options.

Easy-connect has been designed to improve safety in workplaces where materials handling equipment is being used, support damage prevention, and address areas of concern around sustainability and big data.

Among the safety features which are becoming a standard in the Bolzoni Group product range are clamping force control, fork guiding aids for the driver, safety alerts, and electric operated movement.

Supporting our clients manage the constant flow of information in a materials handling operation is a custom portal which can be updated in real-time and has proven to be invaluable for warehouse and operations managers.

Bolzoni Group also participated in LogiMAT 2024 at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre, in Germany, with two separate stands showcasing new technology and innovations in material handling solutions, with special focus on the paper and recycling, food and beverage, and white goods handling industries. At the fair, Bolzoni proudly unveiled its latest innovation in white goods handling: the Home Appliance Telescopic clamp with chain pulling concept; and in addition promoted the Intelligent Products of the easy-Connect range as well as the new enlarged high-capacity fork range.

Also this year, Bolzoni Group announced plans to establish a "centre of excellence for the machining phase for the Bolzoni Group" through the acquisition of a majority stake in one of its key long-standing suppliers, Bolzoni Machining S.r.l., ensuring a supply of competitive and high-quality products.

This same level of commitment and investment in new technology and products will continue for Bolzoni Group in 2025.
