The Brisbane operation of Australia's Mitsubishi and Fantuzzi importer MLA Holdings has bought a new building to cope with its expansion plans.
Garth Grams, MLA's Queensland manager, said the company was "bursting at the seams" after experiencing double-digit growth over the last three years.
"We'd simply outgrown our existing location in Sumner Park," he said. "We've won a lot of national blue-chip fleet deals in recent years, and needed more space to house our equipment."
The new building, in Darra, features office and warehouse space, all accessible via three shipping container-height doors.
