AUSA has appointed AESA and Mason to help the Spanish rough-terrain forklift and telehandler maker tap the growing Brazilian market.

Forkliftaction.com News that AESA is one of the largest forklift rental companies in Brazil, with 1,500 units of equipment leased to companies like Volkswagen and Ford.
"Moreover, AESA is based in one of the biggest economic areas of Brazil: Sao Paulo - ABDC and Baixada Santista, where Santos port is located.
"Besides AUSA, they are a Clark and Kubota dealer."
Sorribas says the company has 132 employees and a turnover of about BRL30 million (USD11.7 million) per year.
It will be the first time AESA is supplying rough-terrain forklifts to its customers.
Sorribas estimates the Brazilian industrial forklift market to consist of about 11,000 internal combustion forklifts.
The other dealer, Mason, is based in the Minas Gerais and Pará states, an area where the mining industry will be the principal market for AUSA. Mason is also a Komatsu, Bobcat, Cummins and Dynapac dealer. It has over 80 employees and its annual turnover is BRL100 million (USD39 million).
Sorribas says AUSA plans to be one of the principal players in the Brazilian market through the appointment of premium dealers. The manufacturer aims for a minimum annual growth rate of 25% for Brazil.
