Covering 20,000 m² with an annual capacity of 5,000–8,000 units, the factory is equipped with digitalized assembly lines and real-time production monitoring systems, enabling flexible, mixed-model manufacturing for internal combustion, Li-ion, and rough-terrain forklifts.

- Final Assembly Workshop: 16,000 m² area with intelligent display screens and synchronized instruction system for streamlined workflow.
- Powder Coating Line: Fully automatic system with shot-blasting, GEMA spray guns, and eco-friendly powder booths — achieving high-quality, durable finishes.
- Testing Line: Equipped with chassis dynamometer, slope test platforms, and load/brake performance tests to ensure every forklift meets strict reliability standards.
- Quality Control System: Three-stage inspections (incoming, in-process, and final) ensure consistent product excellence from start to finish.
