The customer says that when driving the unit in the Foward derection it feels like it is not going into high speed. they swear it's the brake draging. After inspecting the machine it did it to me twice after putting into foward 40 times. NO CODES - Was wonder if any techs have had any similar problems and what they found. Any input would be great

If you have a Curtis hand set check that all factory specs are met. There is a restraint setting that will slow the lift if it is moving faster than the requested speed. Send me your e-mail address and I will send you the settings if you need them.
