Yale ERCO 60 "Turn Key Off" on Display

Anyone have any ideas on a Yale ERCO 60 that will not operate (line contactor will not pull in) and dash display shows "Turn Key Off"? Lights on dash work fine but no line contactor or any other functions. This unit has an SX controller. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the input...the unit ended up having two problems. A shorter coil on the line contactor and cut wires under the seat.

Also try disconnecting the battery and discharge the system with the horn then try and see if that makes any difference.
