yahl power loss

we have an ERC030 and after you run for a little bit you slow no matter how far the pettle is down. If you turn the key off and wait 5 mins and start back up you have full power for a little bit and it dies off again. Ive replaced all the contacts and ck all the connections anyone have any ideas.
