will not travel codes 300-1, 30-2, and 30-3

This machine was outside for a long time. Im bringing it in shop to go threw it.
It will not lift and will not travel it displays codes 30-1 30-2 and 30-3.

Any hlp is greatly appreciated

All show for controller low voltage. Both drives and pump controllers. Check fuses, line contactors, and BV. When you power lift on check to see if the green lights are on each controller. If yellow , it's in fault. Battery voltage, line contactors, fuses.
