Johnny,

The lift should be a 1994 or 95.
Unfortunately I no longer have the older serial number manual. Once Hyster Yale created their website for dealers, it was no longer needed. Thanks

marykate is correct, yale stopped using that serial number arrangement during the mid to late 90's and went to the 10 digit serial with the end letter designating the year of mfg. If you're looking for a manual you'll need to search for one using the model number GLC030BFN part of the model number.
You won't get one from Yale, they went digital not long after that (around the 2000yr mark) and phased out their paper ones.
If you're lucky someone may have one and copy it off for you or if you want to take a chance with these websites that sell them that's an option, but i wouldn't trust those to be 100% legit giving you the exact one you need.

Since 1995, the last character (letter) of a Yale forklift serial number designates the year of manufacture.

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
