vortec v6 distributor caps

just throwing one out there, got a 7fgcu35 with vortec v6, hvs ignition. got one out of 6 units burning out distributor caps. basically changed plugs, leads, rotor and coil. fit new cap runs a couple of weeks and starts crossfiring in the cap again, you can see the (blue) track marks in the cap. any ideas?? has anyone had this problem?
as i work for hyster dealer have been using our own cap, leads etc. when it came time to source a coil noticed the hyster uses a two terminal plug whereas a toyota coil uses a three pin plug, anyone know what the difference could be...

The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
