Discussion:
valve body/transmission

have a lift that does not go into forward. the direction switch is ok and so are the solenoids.
I took a valve body off another forklift and the lift worked fine. After 6 hrs of opperation the very same symptom returned.
Now I have two valve bodys that do not go into forward.
I do have pressure out of the main, the reverse, but not the forward.

thanks

sorry for not replying sooner.
What I did was take apart the valve body and clean everything up and then changed the oil. It worked and is still working.
