Unit dead

I have a Raymond model 8400 S# 840-12-93768
It has no functions the display on the handle does not light up I have 25.6 volts from the battery and to the controller and on the controller it blinks 1 red light then 5 yellow then 2 red and 1 yellow and then repeats its self, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe you have a CAN communication breakdown. Since you don't have display operation, I would say your handle harness wiring and connections would be the issue.
