Check battery voltage is ok
Check all fuses
Check emergency switch is ok
Check display visually is ok, trying to turn on, but display is not getting on
Check emergency switch input voltage 24v is ok, output 24v not getting
If emergency switch coil by giving separate 24v ,output 24v supply is coming,relay no supply, display wiring no supply
Check relay & it's wiring ok,for relay no supply coming
For display wiring no supply coming

What type of key pad does it have? Email me a picture of the keypad. Email address is my signature. Not sure if I can help as I have never seen a WP with keypad but I will try. There should be a way to by pass it like the Info Link modules.

Visually check all connections are connected

For relay wiring no supply, display wiring also no supply,I think emergency switch coil wiring supply get then circuit will work
If you have any manual kindly send us for further inspection on this truck
If it has a drive/tow switch, make sure it's not on or the plug disconnected.
