OORH is voltage high. OORL is voltage low.

522739-6 Pre-Cat Bank 1 Heater OORL
522740-5 Pre-Cat Bank 2 Heater is Open Circuit
524230-3 Rear Work Lights Relay (RL7) Driver Output OORH
You have some wiring issues. First two are O2 sensors
Third one is in the PDM.
