Morris,

This is an old post. If you are still having problems, verify you have positive and negative going to the controller. Is this the only code you have on the truck? If so then there is either a failed connection or controller. At the steer column, the service connector has three wire connection. The top left is A, right is B and bottom is C. Check resistance between A and B. Should read either 60 or 40 ohms with battery disconnected. Should you read half, 120 or 80, you have a failed resistor. Also check between A and C and B and C. They should read 0 ohms. Any other reading shows a short in the CANBUS system. Using C as negative, battery connected and switch turned on, check voltage at A and B. Should read about 2 to 2.5 volts each. Make sure all connections at the controller are good and tight. Good Luck.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
ive had 33025 vsm to traction left on my forklift, it was a faulty eps controller, i found if i tapped the eps controller lightly with a hammer before starting the machine it would not fault for a few minutes. without tapping the eps controller it would start up with the fault code everytime.
