transmission problem Toyota Geneo 25, 02-7FD25

hi everyone, we re facing a problem with the transmission of a Toyota Geneo 25, 02-7FD25, at the beging the lift wasn't gone forward we saw that the drum was playing back and front, we open it and we discoverd that some things was missing (spacer, locks) and the drum was damaged.
we replaced all of this the lift works for a few hours and stoped. now it doesn't move, we change the solenoied valve, the wire, the volts at the valve are 11.5v ,the ohms are 14,3 all sheems to work rigth. i think we have problem at the clutch.Trans would not operate in Forward or Reverse and pressure checks showed as the book said at the Main, but 0 PSI at the clutch port. how you suggest to move?

thanks in advance.

I had that same problem yesterday when I have redone the transmission and after about 15minutes of working properly it started moving reverse with no forward so I stripped the control valve and washed it. Its working fine now but I dont know for how long.

As I read, you rebuilt the transmission. Am I correct? When you rebuilt it was there large amount of grey material in it. If so, The transmission control valve will have deposits in it and has lock open the high pressure dump spool. This dumps all the pressure to sump. Clean the control valve and all the spools. This requires you to disassemble the transmission control valve completely. I will assume this is your problem as it has happened to me. Overseas and USA models my differ, but this is my experience with a 8 series and 7. Good luck, hope this helps.
