Discussion:
Transmission/electrical gremlin

This unit has an intermittent (now constant) transmission issue. When it was intermittent, it would randomly turn on the back up alarm when moving forward and shift into reverse. Thinking vibration may have caused a wiring issue, we replaced the trans wiring harness with new. Currently, the unit will not go into gear at all and the backup alarm sounds when either in fwd or reverse. Possibly a bad ground? Where? Any help appreciated.
Thanks.
