I Am a home owner with a Hyster H50F. I use it around the place. The tranny is overheating and getting hot. Then it wont run. This is after 30 minutes of use. Any ideas?

The problem is the seals in the inching spool, this is a classic on the HF.
When you lose drive lift the floor plate crack off the bleed nipple on the spool, and the drive will return.
oil starvation causes heat in that gearbox. check your oil levels mate
First check if the hydraulic filter is not clogged, before you
overhaul the transmission.
If the filter is ok, do a stall test. that will tell for sure if the transmission needs repair.
How are you sure that the tranny is over heating?
When you say that the unit 'won't run', do you mean the engine dies, or the unit no longer travels?
What is the color of the trans fluid?
Odds are that you need a transmission rebuild.
