toyota pallet jack

i have a toyota pallet jack that has won the fight so far i have done my homework on it with reading the threads on forklift action

i had a c14 code so i replaced the switches at the base of the arm
now i am able to lift and lower the unit and the horn works however the drive function is not working.... the traction controller has a yellow blinking light on it and i am out of ideas i have checked for broken wires and i need some help with this one...

the outher mechanic here jumped the switches at the base of the handle and its still not working

Code E112:

Arm angle input stuck on or off.
Problem with arm angle input wiring.
Problem with tiller arm.
Check for correct sequence of arm angle switches.
Communication error due to power amplifier
PMT; allow PMT to reboot before turning truck ON.

well it just blinks yellow with about seven seconds in between blinks but know when i tilt the handle forward it give me a E112 code

What is the flash sequence of the flashing led.....should be something like 1 short blink...pause the two blinks or along those lines.....read the flash sequence and post.....alos post an email ain your profile
