Toyota FGC15 Repair Manual in English

I need to find a paper copy of the Toyota FGC15 lift truck repair manual in Engligh. If there is a PDF available, willing to obtain that as well. Of note, this truck was built in Japan and someone brought it over from Asia.

You do have the correct model number and I don't believe that these were gray market trucks. We had a handful of them in our area.
If there are service manuals available then there would be one for the truck (less engine info) and one for the engine. The engine should be an early 5R and as far as I know it was also used in some cars. You might find information about it on the internet.
My former company had a parts manual. You can contact them to see if they still have it and want to sell it. Call Granite Ind. Trucks in NH.

Glen,

You have the correct information. This is a first generation truck that as you have said is grey market. You will be hard pressed to find a parts or service manual for this truck you might try Ebay or one of these sites. Being that it is a grey market the parts that are listed in the manual for trucks that were built for the US maybe different than what is on your truck. Even the factory will not be much help as they will not have record of this truck here in the US. Spent about 7 years working for a Toyota dealer and ran across many of these trucks.

Typically a Toyota Model number from long a go would read some thing like 02FGC15 or 42FGC15. The Prefix numbers indicate an engineering design series and can indicate what key components are in the unit like the engine

Hello - Thank you for your reply. The model number on the lift truck is indeed complete and correct, it was obtained directly from the nameplate. Model FGC15 Serial Number FGC15-(1)-(0)-(7)-(3)-(8) made by the Toyoda Automatic Loom Works, LTD., Kariya, Japan.

glen_d - indeed there is a key number missing from your model number, that number precedes the "F"; number is very important if you are looking for manuals or parts since it pertains to the model series. Look at my signature if you need something from a Toyota 3 series..

A serial number would be very helpful for your search.
Secondly the model number you have listed seems to be incomplete.
But with the model # you listed it would indicated this unit is a 3k, cushion tire lift truck. This truck while built in Japan was primarily built for the North American market and some to Germany and Australia. The rest of the world uses pneumatic tire lifts. Also, this unit is fairly old at least 30 years. Toyota and most other Japanese mfgrs started building units in the US in the late 1980's.

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
