Hi sirs, somebody can explain what will effect the case sub-assy and extension sub-assy ( pump impeller) broken?

I already cahnge a set of new case sub - assy and the extension sub-assy. But i only can use my forklift for one day... i recheck again also facing the same problem as above.

Hope someboby can soft my problem. Thank

bad bearings? enigine side too
oblongated casings
cracked shafts?
broken roll pins in gears
bad mounts
pretty much anything catostrophic
u could have chunks of metal in the fluid
check the strainer/filter of the trans
