Hello,

I've a problem with a 7FBMF18 with AC motor. The truck run slow without any error code in display.

Could anybody help me?

Look after your signal off bearing off drive motor look in Monitor menu.

The problem has been solve, replacing the encoder drive motor.

The fault almost certainly lies in the CPU.
You can try to replace it, otherwise it is a defect in a weld in the group of power IN-MOTION.

If i was to guess I would say either its a mechanical related issue perhaps or somehow related to your accelerator. If someone has the information perhaps they may know what the footpedal output should be at maximum sweep. Just out of curiosity what voltage wipe do you get at your accelerator unit?

The speed is correctly programmed, but the truck runs slow, there is no faults in display. I´ve changed the encoder sensor of traction motor, but also runs in the same way.

What do you think about it?

Has the truck suddenly developed this fault? Or is this a truck you have bought which just happens to be running slow?

The reason I ask is, incase it has been programmed to run at a slow speed.
