Toyota 7FBMF16 2008 SLOW moves

Good afternoon. Need advice on truck Toyota 7fbmf16 2008. Loader very slow moving. I do not have any errors. Potentiometer tested. Power units changed places, changed the speed sensor, check the engine's all right.
in all settings at maximum.
There is one stranost otklyuchaesh speed sensor error does not and also the gas pedal potentiometer.
pomogitete advice.
