Totally lost. Have 2001 yale reach truck. Initial problem would mass would not go down. Then truck quit all together. This is the code it I have. 0271 can not find code in manual

Down is gravity fed..so as long as down coil getting power and ground...valve issue or mast bearings..if machine quit while trying too many times..may have tripped breaker or blown fuse...verify battery voltage first..then follow flow of current to each contactor/solenoid then if voltage getting all the way through check motor

I WOULD like to help you but check your model this is not a reach truck the model is for a hyster sit down gas truck.
