Down is gravity fed..so as long as down coil getting power and ground...valve issue or mast bearings..if machine quit while trying too many times..may have tripped breaker or blown fuse...verify battery voltage first..then follow flow of current to each contactor/solenoid then if voltage getting all the way through check motor
