Torque specs

Anybody have head bolt torque specs for a H70Ft P177V02678N. PSI 2.4 engine

Cylinder Head Bolt
Initially tighten in sequence to 76 to 80 N*m (56 to 59 lbf ft)
Loosen completely, in reverse order, and then tighten in sequence to
18 to 22 N*m (159 to 194 lbf in)
Tighten cylinder head bolts 90 degrees in sequential pattern
Tighten cylinder head bolts a third time, in sequential pattern, another 90 degrees
