Timing

I have replaced the camsft and wondering how do I know if crank and cam are in time?

All engines will have timing marks on the block that are to be lined up with timing marks on the gears(camshaft & Crankshaft) and chain

Without knowing what engine is in the truck and Serial Number of the truck might not get much help,also would be good to post a email address is your profile in case anyone had any info they might want to send to you on your post.
