The contact points and spark plugs were so burnt out and my boss wanted to replace them basically. Im going to check the timing and everything tomorrow when I go in with a timing light.
Thank you everyone for your help
Both of these motors these do need a good hot battery to and have to spin pretty fast to fire.
As both of these are timing belt motors, have you checked the timing belts? and their respective crank and cam marks?
what made you decide to replace the distributor assembly?
put back together and it wont im getting spark air and LP pressure in my line. Its acting like it wants to start up but wont. any ideas. Battery voltage is 11.8 instead of 12.75. so Ill start by replacing the battery.
