Discussion:
Tilt and side shift

I know the pump motor has issues but..

Lift works 90% of the time
When you pull tilt or side shift lever the SCR hums and the motor wants to turn but doesn't. sometimes the motor will jump and then run. Other times just the hum of the scr. I took the 4th function plug and tried it on both the side shift and tilt valves both functions work. I tried changing out the lift controller and the problem remained the same.

It sounds like the motor only runs above a certain threshold. Your tilt and sideshift may be below this threshold so the motor is not rotating. If the lift only works 90% of the time it makes sense to fix the motor.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
