Discussion:
Throttle position sensor 51-7 ?

Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble with my forklift.

Sometimes when I start it up, the throttle pedal doesn't react at all,
and the check engine light comes on, along with error 51-7.

When I turn the forklift off, and start it up again, the throttle pedal works normal.

When I check the diagnostics, I come up with these values:

Acceleraror pedal A 0.79 volts
Acceleraror pedal A 2.78 volts

Acceleraror pedal B 0.39 volts
Acceleraror pedal B 1.39 volts

Do you think the sensor is the problem,
is there a fix, or it needs replacing?

There are no generic replacements. You will need to replace it.
