TRANSMISSION FAULT

HAS ANYONE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVE ON A DAEWOO D30S-3. ON SELECTING DRIVE THE TRANSMISSION TAKES AWHILE TO TAKE OFF. I HAVE CHECKED PRESSURES AND CHANGED OIL/FILTERS, IT JUST SEEMS AS IF YOU ARE RIDING A CLUTCH ON A CAR, ANY HELP APPRECIATED.

WE CAN ALL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER

Check the small filter inside the cushioning valve,if its slow changing directions this could also be the problem.Take it out and blow it out,or use a paper clip to remove any obstructions.

It sounds like the "cushioning" valve is stinking or slow to react or there is excessive clearance in the clutch packs due to wear.

It seems some of your Transmission discs and mating disc (plates)have overheated and non-functional. Need to open the automatic transmission and replace. Please also check the solenoid which operates the gears forward and reverse that also could be a problem.

1st solenoid and then go to the discs and mating plates

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
