Issues with SMV SC 4531 TB5

Hi,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a second-hand reach stacker, an SMV SC 4531 TB5 (2005-2007), from the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, it came without the service and parts manual, crucial for maintenance and operation.
Specifically, the Elme Spreader, model 817-8745, serial number 6305 from 2004, is experiencing issues with the twist lock mechanism failing to lock/unlock and the spreader's translation slipping and frequently jamming. Also the engin sound is different when switching between 20' and 40' and also when moving the spreader from middle to left.

Your assistance in providing the service and parts manuals for these models, along with any guidance on addressing the mentioned operational issues, would be greatly appreciated.
Maintaining safety and efficiency is paramount in our operations, and your support is invaluable.

Thank you in advance for your prompt response and support.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
