Crown RR5700:
Code 475

Code 475 (LS transducer out of range high). Tried recalibrating and wound up replacing the transducer but code came back. Replaced Access4 along with updated software and recalibration and after a couple of days 475 is back again. Analyzer 2.4.25 shows 16-17mA with a range of 4-20 mA with a load on the forks. Voltage at the transducer shows 9.6V and at CA 412-25 and 26 9.5V is shown on a DVOM. Crown guide calls for Access4 replacement again. Am I missing something?

Follow up from the previous post: Crown was called in after the Access4 module replacement. Their diagnoses was a shorted traction motor. Neither I nor the techs on the opposing shift had ever heard of such a thing but according to his troubleshooting chart it's there. Wondering why it's not included in their manuals or on the website? Anyway, I just replaced the motor and now code 821 is popping up (LS transducer) and I've gone through trying to recalibrate the transducer but it keeps failing. I've tried reflashing the software again and it still keeps failing. Crown manual calls for replacing Access4. Anyone?
