Hyster UNKNOWN:
Monotrol not working

I have a hyster 2 ton mid 80's diesel forklift
It has a fluid based Montrol transmission which is slow on the change from forward to reverse (more so in reverse) it was fine up until a week ago was wondering if anyone had any ideas the transmission is fine only slow when changing direction
