Stops lift/lower when 1/2 of truck unloaded

Wp3035-45 loss of lift/lower when half way unloading truck. Full charge when starting unloading. New batterys. Cables and sb connector good. no codes, wrench light on, bd1 shows on display. No Corrosion on cables. Fuses good. What would cause this?

maybe lift lock out is set too high, if you're sure BDI is correct
