Caterpillar EC25K: Horn does not work

Model: EC25K
Serial: A3EC241057

The Horn does not sound off when the Steer Motor is energized.

It works fine otherwise.
The Horn receives 22 volts Positive.
If there is a DC to DC Converter, I can't find it.
