Hello dear colleagues,
i have a problem with battery measuring on the above mentioned forklift.
there are two mp1514 boards, one for drive, other for lifting.
So the problem is that LISA shows 0% battery, and inhibits lift.
As far as i know, the one in drive is the one that measures the battery,so i changed drive and lift positions ,and the battery gauge was showing 100% battery until i set the default parameters, and after reset, the battery is showing again 0% in the other mp 1514,and the interface 8 is showing red,not online...did anyone ever solved that problem?
we checked the installation/cables,pin by pin, everything checks out by schematic ,but the interface 8 is offline, interface 4 and 8 are on the same board, all the wires are ok but it doesn't go online, and battery measurement is 0%...

Did you create a back up before reseting the machine? If so just reload that back in to it.

no errors,no codes...i am forklift service techinican ,not a novice in the field...just to get that straight. We have tried everything...and i got to a conclusion that the "drive" mp1514 measures the battery ,probably the processor has a problem,so i'm asking if someone solved it...
Is there a code number on display? check on controller number of flashes, send images to my email
no,the fuses are all ok,there is voltage on all wires, connections etc...the truck works, drives, but lift doesn't work because the battery shows 0%
Did you check fuses? I had same problem on a Efg, it was a fuse below battery conector, send dash image to my email to help you
