Caterpillar EC25N2: What does "Fault LO" mean ?

Serial # ATB3052079

When this message appears, the Travel Function is disabled.

Have to open keyswitch, wait a few seconds, close key switch & start driving.

Sometimes takes a few tries before the message clears.
