Toyota Limp mode

I have a Toyota M#8FDU32, S#60811. 4883hrs. The forklift runs fine, but the throttle will not accelerate the engine. The wrench is illuminated. The hydraulics will not work. The symbol for no hydraulics is illuminated. The forklift seems to be in limp mode. All fuses and relays check good. There are no error codes displayed. Could someone send me some troubleshooting info. Thanks

Thanks, I've checked it and the wires all the way to the module under the left fender. That would prevent the drive and hydraulics, but I don't think it would prevent it from accelerating. I've tried to eliminate things individually, but it's possible to have multiple problems. I can't find any troubleshooting info by symptoms.
