crown c5 not start engine

it does no start and it does not present fault code. The access 3 ECU CARD was changed and programmed.
the crankshaft sensor is changed
the air throttle actuator is changed
the EPR was replaced
And the forklift still does not start. Please can any one help me

Check to see that the oil pressure sending unit wire is still attached. It is located near the engine oil filter.
