Hyster S80FT won't start

I have a hyster S80FT Forklift with GM 4.3 LPG Vortec engine on it and it won't start , all the lpg system is new (Fuel filter, Vaporizer, Mixer and electronic throttle body), and i want to know if there's some way to check the epr to be sure if this is what is failing.

yes brewski is correct, the laptop software would be needed to run diagnostics over and above what the ECM already does.
Which brings me to this question, are there any codes being displayed or in the error log?
IF there are any issues with the EPR it should trigger an error code being it is controlled by the ECM.

You will need software and a laptop to run the diagnostic program. It sounds like you have replaced everything else in the fuel system so if you have good spark the next logical item is the EPR.
