Discussion:
Gas Powered Sideloaders

My Company is considering purchasing several gas powered sideloaders to function in a 24/7 environment. I was wondering if anyone out there has had any knowledge of what the economic life-span of a gas powered sideloader would be like?

depending on use, indoor, outdoor etc you have a wide variety of sideloaders to choose from. Hubtex offer electric/indoo and ic outdoor/indoor units in 4 direction. for longer haul, rough terrain outdoor use baumann offers a more truck like unit. check out sideloaders dot com for info.

top outdoor units would be

hubtex
combilift
baumann
fantuzzi
etc.

Have you looked into a Combilift? It is designed to move long loads with the advantage of being able to move in all 4 directions. It is a great alternative to a sideloader and comes in a lot of configurations. Check our website for more information.

Hallo Joe
The most problematic items on a gas machine is the gas regulators.I would suggest that you replace the regulator kits every 2000 Hrs even if they are still working fine.Genneraly gas machines dont give much trouble and the engine combustion is much cleaner then the standard gasoline engines. The mechanical function wear EG the mast etc wear stays the same as on standard diesel powered machines.Depending on the environment where the machine is going to work and the service intervals the standard life span of a machine is about 12000 machine hours before it will need a major rebuilt.
I hope this was of some help

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
