Discussion:
Skyjack lift does nothing

Please help! I have purchased a 2000 Skyjack 3219 that has been sitting outside for years and am stumped. It does nothing, nothing.
4 brand new 6- volt batteries- all load tested
24+ volts at the solenoid
24+ volts at the hydraulic motor
Have bypassed the joystick control cable that goes to the platform and have a known working controller hooked in at the bottom back of the lift
Ground controls don't work
Joystick controls don't work, battery and horn not working
Have tapped on all the small cube relays
Any suggestions on the next troubleshooting tip(s) would be greatly appreciated.

Did you find the problem? I have a similar issue on a 98 boom lift. I am looking for a tech to fix mine for me.

I would be checking the emergency stop buttons to make sure they are not staying on....also would check all connections for corrosion.....check the key switch also......you can go to skyjacks website and view and print the service manual with wiring diagrams and also the troubleshooting for your lift.....
