toyota fork lift model 42-4fgc25

Dose anybody know why this fork is slow in forward and reverse, this is the third attempt to find out. motor runs good , forks go up and down?

I think you should explain it a bit more. Does the motor run strong and make good power when you tilt the forks? Does it rev up all the way?
