Mitsubishi help code 31

Hey everyone, kinda stuck here. I have a Mitsubishi 2FBC18 serial A2BC1-60157 that has error code 31 on startup. I can hear the line contactor pull closed and the immediately open again, then the core 31 comes up. Any help would be awesome, what is this code for? Pump contactor? Control card?

are you sure about the serial number?
it comes up as a bad number in my MCF application

No matter, for the TR3000 control system

Problem 22 (display code 31) ! (action light flashing) comes up as faulty wire connections: D4P or T1P and T2P failed, failed pump driver board, failed logics.
So basically it could be:
- faulty wiring to the T1P or T2P transistors.
wire 45 or wire 34 or wire 1, 229 or 29.
- diode D4P could be faulty
- pump driver board

it also mentions at the bottom notes to check the head capacitors for failure.
I have a troubleshooting flow chart for this code if you'd like it but i'll need an email address to send it to, put that in your profile signature or send me an email and i'll get it to you.

****************************

If by chance it has an EV100ZX controller code 51 shows as excessive capacitor voltage when motor current is high.
the symptom description indicates fwd/rev contactors open and close.
Unless you say otherwise then we'll assume this truck does not have this panel in it.
