justinm,
you are correct, its not a JB2 however i got my info through tcm.(hey, it got the truck running)
i have now experienced 3 problems with the injector on the new pro series trucks. i changed every one as directed (by tcm)and have no repeat failures. also as you stated previously the wiring and ecm connections are critical for proper operation
dont start bypassing things in these new trucks
you might make the issue worse
or you might create new issues
this aint your grandpas JB2 lol
if you bypass the lock off be sure to wire it to key-on hot so the valve will close when shut down
code 1241 *ITS THE INJECTOR * let me guess, the lift will start and shut down in a few seconds? right?
the resistance of the coil is not correct causing the ecm to read over current and shut down. if you bypass the fuel shut off solenoid circuit it will work till the new injector comes in. i have had several that check good resistance but will code out in a known good truck. swap the injector from another truck and test it (if avail) note i have 1 tb45 series that all i did was swap the harness connectors and problem disapeared.
its saying its seeing the circuit for the LPG injector opened up
thats a nissan engine and harness
check the plug and fuse AT the lpg injector especially where the wire goes in the connector, sometimes the copper breaks in the insulation and the connection will be intermittent
check that
also
clean the connectors with non-conductive electrical parts cleaner
if some1 power washed the unit id suspect dirty connectors
also the year of the engine (theres a sticker on the valve cover) is important if its tier2 or tier3
