Cleaned up the card and VFC. Truck now runs. Thanks for all the help!!!

If there is a bunch of transistors on that card that's a coil driver card. They usually collect oil like you describe. The VFC is 4x5.5 surface mounted to the system card (motherboard) there is 4 slotted screws mounting it.

Think I found the VFC. It looks like an old Crown card. About 2'x5'. This one has oil all over it. Going to clean it up and see what happens. Tried to upload pic but I don't see how to do that.

Internal VFC fault. Can be caused by static, shorts to frame, bad heat sink insulator, or bad VFC.
