Showing items 1 - 12 of 12 results.
Check the black and white wire pins with multi meter on diode mode, it will show approx 0.53 in one direction, the other direction nothing, red and blue pin also nothing in both directions.
otherwise you need to change with new sensor bearing and observe the condition.

The only thing to rectify this is to replaced the shorted controllers, or maybe there's a shorted line contacts to the chassy having an open wire.

Error 019 is a power/voltage failure.
Like Monty/Elektrodrive says, check your earth cables.
Are you getting a code that starts with C displayed too? This may help by narrowing it down to which controller has detected the voltage drop

I know it's a long shot and may not be related but always worth a check.

I had this error twice on the same truck and I found earth leakage to lift motor. Cleared the earth and truck worked a treat. A few months later same problem and the controller itself had failed.

Open controllers and check for loose connections.
Make sure all power connections from controllers to motors are secure.
It is possible that the replacement encoder has failed, it is easy enough to damage them when fitting. They should always be pressed on and not tapped with a hammer or other heavy object.

Looks like it could be speed sensor bearing in one of the motors.

If you include serial number and age it might be easier to check.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
