No Lift

Anyone help with a Boss WM 10 Truck has no lift Something is locking it out The traverse and swivel are working Steer is ok Drive is ok Micro switches are good The switch is sending signal to board at the back The battery is good and the pressure cut out switch is good Any thing else I can look at or test
