We have logic board / Controll Board for Caterpillar EP20KT, and we are searching for processor / CHIP ic with part number M37783E8TFP, can you help us where we can find this IC?

hi have a logic board from a ep16kt and i have this processor faulty sometimes works well this is a problem by the processor stops working, when is fault no info of battery and no errors on display
